Microprise are a precision engineering company with extensive experience in the design, manufacture and calibration of Gauges, Jigs, Fixtures and precision machined parts.

We can work from your designs or can offer our own solutions to your problems. We have a lot of experience in diverse industries such Aerospace, Defence, Sub-Sea, Automotive, Medical , Motor Sport and general engineering. We can offer a full computer aided design service in house.

We specialise in one off and small batches. We offer machining, turning, edm, grinding, assembly and try out.

Our extensive range covers, hand held attribute gauging, such as gap gauges, plug gauges, form gauges, through complex acceptance and receier gauges and even into automated gauging with accept / reject criteria. We can offer SPC solutions and simple dti readout throught to tailored computer screens for operator use and evaluation.

we have a lot of experience of electronic gauging incorporating probes, sensors and measurement cameras.

We are UK agents for the IBR range of measuring instruments which range from stand alone measuring instruments to computer controlled gauging solutions.

We also produce machining jigs, tooling parts, cmm workholding fixtures and prototype machined parts.
